These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HaceVerify platform — a secure, account-based verification and trust service. By creating an account or using HaceVerify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
By registering for an account or otherwise accessing or using HaceVerify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and HaceVerify.
To use HaceVerify's verification services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You must sign up and create an account to access, place, and manage verification orders. All verification history, results, and related records are private to your authenticated account — no anonymous ordering or anonymous access to results is available.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
HaceVerify provides verification, background screening, anti-scam, vendor trust, and related services through its secure platform. Services available to you may include identity verification, business verification, phone checks, public footprint analysis, and trust badge issuance, depending on what is offered in your jurisdiction and under your account plan.
Service availability, check types, provider coverage, and jurisdictional support may vary. We do not guarantee that every check type is available in every country or that every provider is operational at all times. Results depend on jurisdiction, submitted data, applicable permissions, provider coverage, and data availability.
When placing a verification order, you may be prompted to select your country. Country selection may determine which services are available, how prices are presented, and which payment processors are used.
Where supported, pricing may be displayed in local currency. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, Flutterwave, or other regional payment processors, depending on your jurisdiction and the services being purchased. Not all payment processors are available in all countries. HaceVerify does not accept responsibility for the processing policies or fees of third-party payment processors.
By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All fees are disclosed at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a verification check has been initiated.
You agree to use HaceVerify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When submitting a verification order, you represent and warrant that: (a) all information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge; (b) you have the legal authority and, where required, the informed consent of any individual or business that is the subject of a check; and (c) you are using results only for permitted, lawful purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of HaceVerify complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including data protection, employment screening, and anti-discrimination laws.
HaceVerify verification results reflect the information available from our providers at the time the check was performed, in the jurisdiction and for the check type requested. Results are not guaranteed to be exhaustive, complete, or error-free.
We do not promise that every check type is available in every market, or that any particular provider will be available or operational for any given order. HaceVerify is a platform service and does not independently perform the underlying checks — results are generated by licensed third-party providers.
Verification results should not be used as the sole basis for any decision. You are responsible for making your own informed judgements based on results and all other relevant information available to you.
Your use of HaceVerify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
You may not use HaceVerify to:
All content, features, branding, and technology on the HaceVerify platform are owned by HaceVerify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purposes. No other rights are granted.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required for legal or safety reasons.
On termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
HaceVerify is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or that the platform will be free from errors, delays, or omissions at all times.
Verification results are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to the limitations described in Section 6. HaceVerify does not make any warranty that its services are suitable for any particular purpose or legal requirement in your jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HaceVerify and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of HaceVerify after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
